Through our company we offer comprehensive local support in the largest automation markets. Besides in our headquarters in HongKong, development work is also carried out in Taiwan. Besides the normal development tools, we also possess a comprehensive range of equipment for quality control such as climatic chambers, EMV test positions and infra-red cameras.

In Reicom we support a flexible, own SMD Production.It specializes in small and medium lot sizes and permits re-equipping for the next lot even while the current lot is still in production.

Thermal imaging camera: Excess heat build up is one of the main reasons for premature device failure. For this reason all our products are measured to the last degree by means of a thermal imaging camera.

Climatic conditioning cabinet: The behaviour of the module under extraordinary conditions is investigated in the climatic conditioning cabinet and not left to chance at the place of use of the customer.

SMD production :We possess our own flexible SMD production in order to quickly carry out a large job for a customer or to economically produce up to a lot size of 1.

Quality control:With a fully automated optical inspection system (AOI) and a flying probe testers, we ensure our production quality at the highest level

The final inspection department carries out tests using dedicated inspection instructions and measuring and test equipment, which is developed individually for each product by quality assurance.
After a visual inspection of the goods supplied by production there is a boundary scan test (incl. programming of components) with a following 100% functional test of each single board or system.
On request the products can then be subjected completely or on a random basis to a burn-in process of between 8 and 24 hours.
As a service our final inspection also supplies special inspection protocols, for instance for high-voltage tests (3CR protocol in transport engineering etc.) or certificates such as COC according to the customer requirements defined by the complete order.
